Attention all community leaders! An exciting opportunity has arisen to serve on the Provincial Health Authority (PHA) Board of Trustees.
Once the Regional Health Authorities are dissolved, the PHA Board of Trustees will be responsible for delivering and administering health services in NL.   Trustees are appointed for a term of three years and may be reappointed for one further term. The board is currently seeking expressions of interest for up to 18 trustee positions....

The Outdoor Rink is now ready to use. Located at Ball Field B (with lights) on Elizabeth Drive, the rink is open 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily. This rink is unsupervised and participation is at the user's own risk. This is a volunteer rink and users are asked to pitch-in and clear the ice with the shovel provided before and/or after use.
Rules:
Helmets are required.
Be respectful to all users.
No slap shots during shinny.

Adopt a Hydrant Program After a major storm it could take several days to clear fire hydrants throughout the community. Residents can participate in the “Adopt-A-Hydrant” program to help keep hydrants clear.
