The Gander Project Portal is an interactive tool designed to help residents, Council, and staff stay informed about the Town’s key municipal projects. It features updates on infrastructure, equipment, strategic development, and more.

Updated every month, the portal delivers real-time insights into project timelines, budgets, and status — all in one accessible location.

The dashboard is updated monthly using the latest information from across Town departments. It offers a transparent, up-to-date view of how projects are progressing from planning to completion.

The dashboard features progress updates, timelines and budget information across three main categories:

• Fleet and Equipment
  Upgrades and replacements to the vehicles, tools, and machinery that support Town operations.

• Infrastructure Construction or Improvements
  Investments in roads, trails, public buildings, and other physical infrastructure.

• Strategic Development Projects
  Planning and policy initiatives that shape Gander’s future, including housing, digital services, branding, and long-term community studies.

You can explore individual projects by clicking on a project name within the dashboard. Then, select the green button labeled “Investigate Individual Project” to view more details, including status, timelines, and budget information.
