DISCRETIONARY NOTICE - 271 Magee Road, GANDER, NL

Notice is hereby given that the Town Council of Gander has received an application to occupy the dwelling at 271 Magee Road for the purpose of providing transitional and supportive housing. 

It is noted that this property is situated within a Residential Rural (RR) zone. Residential Care Home uses are permitted in this zone as a Discretionary Use of Council, under the Town of Gander Development Regulations.

Anyone wishing to make representation on this matter must do so in writing and the representation must be received by the Planning & Public Works Department, Town of Gander, no later than Monday, 12:00 noon, August 24th, 2026.
