Discretionary Use Notice - 50 Wiley Post Street

Notice is hereby given that the Town Council of Gander has received a Development Application to utilize the building at the above noted address for the purposes of a warehouse.                     

It is noted that this area is zoned Commercial General (CG) in the Town of Gander’s Municipal Plan. Light Industry uses are permitted as a Discretionary Use of Council within the Commercial General zone.

Anyone wishing to make representation on this matter must do so in writing and the representation must be received by the Planning and Public Works Department, Town of Gander, no later than 12:00 noon, Wednesday, February 12, 2025.
