Notice is hereby given that Council has received an application to establish a home-based office at 126 A Morgan Drive. This office will function as a virtual space, offering online legal, consulting, and coaching services.

It is noted that home occupation is permitted as a “discretionary use” for the zone in which this property is located.

Anyone wishing to make representation on this matter must do so in writing prior to 4:00pm on May 29, 2025. Further information on this matter may be obtained by contacting the Economic Development Department at 651-5910.
