DISCRETIONARY NOTICE - 172 Elizabeth Drive

Notice is hereby given that Council has received an application from BOAZ Auto Wash to operate a home office for a mobile auto washing and tire change service from 172 Elizabeth Drive. Note that all related auto servicing will take place off site throughout the community.

It is noted that home occupation is permitted as a “discretionary use” for the zone in which this property is located.
