Notice is hereby given that Council has received an application from A&L Ventures to operate a food catering service and a seasonal automotive detailing service from 184A Elizabeth Drive. Note that there will be no customer visitation to this address as products and services will be delivered or provided off site throughout the community. 

It is noted that home occupation is permitted as a “discretionary use” for the zone in which this property is located.
