DISCRETIONARY NOTICE - 19A Brochen Street

Notice is hereby given that Council has received an application from The Paint Isle to operate a home-based office for an interior painting/decorating/organizing service from 19A Brochen Street.


It is noted that home occupation is permitted as a “discretionary use” for the zone in which this property is located.


Anyone wishing to make representation on this matter must do so in writing prior to 4:00pm on January 23, 2026. Further information on this matter may be obtained by contacting the Planning and Development Department at 651-5910.
