DISCRETIONARY NOTICE - 25 WARD STREET, GANDER, NL

Notice is hereby given that the Town Council of Gander has received an application to operate a core processing and storage facility at the above noted address. The operation consists of a geological consulting and project management firm for mineral exploration companies.

The location in question is currently zoned Commercial General and Light Industry uses are permitted as a Discretionary Use in this zone as per the Town of Gander Development Regulations.

Anyone wishing to make representation on this matter must do so in writing and the representation must be received by the Engineering Department, Town of Gander, no later than 12:00 noon, on Friday, May 8, 2026.
