DISCRETIONARY NOTICE - 59 Penwell Avenue
Notice is hereby given that Council has received an application from The Foot Nurse to operate a home office for a mobile advanced foot care service from 59 Penwell Avenue. Services are to be provided off-site through home visitation.
It is noted that home occupation is permitted as a “discretionary use” for the zone in which this property is located.
Anyone wishing to make representation on this matter must do so in writing prior to 4:00pm on November 12, 2025. Further information on this matter may be obtained by contacting the Planning and Public Works Department at 651-5910.
