Notice is hereby given that the Town Council of Gander has received an application to subdivide the property at the above noted address into 4 equal lots consisting of an area of 3,999 m2 each.
It is noted that this property is situated in a Residential Rural Density zone and requires a minimum lot area of 4,050 m2. Council may vary their regulations up to 10%
Anyone wishing to make representation on this matter must do so in writing and the representation must be received by the Planning and Development Department, Town of Gander, no later than 12:00 pm, Monday, May 4, 2026.
