DISCRETIONARY NOTICE - 20 Rowsell Boulevard
Notice is hereby given that Council has received an application to establish a home-based office for a mobile auto cleaning and detailing service at 20 Rowsell Boulevard. This would be an office for administrative duties with all customer related business activity taking place off site.
It is noted that home occupation is permitted as a “discretionary use” for the zone in which this property is located.

VARIANCE FROM REGULATIONS - 18 Gordon Street
Notice is hereby given that the Town Council of Gander has received an application to construct a fence at the above noted address to a total height of 2.2 metres.
It is noted that this property is zoned Residential Medium Density and the maximum permitted fence height in this zone is 2.0 metres. Council may vary their development standards by 10%.
