Due to construction at the Memorial Drive/Cooper Boulevard roundabout, access to Cooper Blvd from Memorial Dr West will be temporarily closed to through traffic, between the hours of 7 AM and 6 PM on Tuesday, November 5, 2024.

One lane of traffic will be maintained with flags persons on Cooper Blvd. Memorial Dr West traffic will be detoured through Byrd Ave. Personnel will be on-site to manage traffic to each entrance of the roundabout.

We appreciate your understanding and patience during this construction period. Please plan accordingly and follow posted detours.

Please be advised that on Wednesday, October 23rd, from 10:30 AM to 1:00 PM, there will be a scheduled water shut-off as part of ongoing water infrastructure upgrades. This will affect the following addresses:

• 175-195 Elizabeth Drive
• 1-67 Hawker Crescent
• 112-116 Trans-Canada Highway

• Emergency Water Shut Off: Water will be shut off from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, affecting 72-32 Corrigan Street.

• Emergency Water Shut Off: Water will be shut off for an estimated time frame of 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, affecting 72-32 Corrigan Street.

Traffic will be diverted through Byrd Avenue.

• Edinburgh Avenue
• Blackwood Drive Area
• Pinedo Road

Tuesday, October 2, 2024 from 1:00 AM to 5:00 AM

During this time, water service will be interrupted for approximately 20 minutes in each area. Please plan accordingly.

• Corrigan Street area
• Yeager Street area
• Forester Street area

During this time, water service will be interrupted for approximately 20 minutes in each area. Please plan accordingly.
