After last year’s pilot project to make Cobb’s Pond Rotary Park more accessible during the winter, we’re pleased to share that we will be continuing, and expanding, these efforts for the 2025–26 season.
This winter, our team will be doing regular snow clearing at:
• Walkways to the Cobb’s Pond building
• The bowl area
• The full boardwalk
Snow clearing will begin after about 2.5 cm (1 inch) of accumulation. The boardwalk will be cleared but not sanded, so it may remain slippery. We’ll aim to have all areas cleared within 36 hours after the snow stops. That said, winter conditions may affect timelines, so we appreciate your patience.
