Please be advised that on Monday, February 23, 2026, a road closure and detour will be in effect in the Memorial Drive and Cooper Boulevard area.
The closure will include the Memorial Drive entrance to Cooper Boulevard and the Cooper Boulevard exit to Memorial Drive. All other entrances and exits at the roundabout will remain open.
Memorial Drive up to Byrd Avenue will be open to local traffic only.
Water service will be shut off from 1B Memorial Drive to 30 Memorial Drive between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
Residents and motorists are asked to use alternate routes and plan accordingly. We appreciate your patience and cooperation.
