It is noted that this property is situated in a Commercial General (CG) zone. The Town of Gander Development Regulations permit Apartment Building uses in this zone as a Discretionary Use of Council.

Notice is hereby given that Council has received an application from Bajwa Express to operate a home-based office for a daily shuttle service (Gander to St. John’s return) from 129 Bennett Drive. Passenger pickup and drop off to take place off site.
It is noted that home occupation is permitted as a “discretionary use” for the zone in which this property is located.
