Notice: Cobb's Pond Rotary Park entrance closed Monday, June 16

Please be advised that the Cobb's Pond Rotary Park entrance will be closed from 8am - 12pm on Monday, June 16 for crosswalk painting. Residents are asked to use the ATV drop off area for parking during this time.

DISCRETIONARY NOTICE - 20 Rowsell Boulevard

Notice is hereby given that Council has received an application to establish a home-based office for a mobile auto cleaning and detailing service at 20 Rowsell Boulevard. This would be an office for administrative duties with all customer related business activity taking place off site. 

It is noted that home occupation is permitted as a “discretionary use” for the zone in which this property is located.

Anyone wishing to make representation on this matter must do so in writing prior to 4:00pm on June 7, 2025. Further information on this matter may be obtained by contacting the Economic Development Department at 651-5910.
