Due to the current Canada Post strike, there may be significant delays in mail delivery. This means that vote-by-mail ballots placed in the mail are likely not to reach Town Hall before Election Day.
If you placed your ballot in the mail on or after September 22, 2025, or if you are concerned about whether your ballot has been received, please contact 709-651-2931 or aoldford@gandercanada.com.
If you requested a ballot by mail but did not receive it, please reach out to us.
We are committed to ensuring every eligible voter has the opportunity to participate, and we have measures in place to address these challenges. Your vote matters, and we are committed to ensuring the election proceeds smoothly.
